I’m passionate about helping executives connect with their employees in their own personal style and voice. I love creating fun engagement activities and strategies so that employees enjoy coming to work every day and giving their best.

My specialty is in smaller organizations and those in the financial services, information technology and information security industries. I’ve worked with organizations of all sizes in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors.
